    Benefits of Drinking Water Daily

    By Adrienne Mageors | MP in Motion Blog | 0 comment | 5 April, 2023 | 6

    Aids in weight loss

    • Instead of drinking sodas and juices, water helps prevent the body from overheating during the performance or workout.

    Prevents dehydration

    • The first thing you should drink in the morning is water, then slowly increase the water intake throughout the day. Men should consume 3.7 liters of water per day, and women should consume 2.7 liters a day.

    Helps with skincare

    • Drinking water throughout the day helps the outer layer of the skin stay hydrated and plump while improving the skin’s elasticity and resilience. Dehydrated skin is more prone to wrinkling and skin disorders.

    Lubricates the joints

    • Joint dehydration can lead to limited joint ability and can cause joint pain. Water helps the joints stay mobile.

    Regulates body temperature

    • As we sweat, the body heats up. Having a lot of water in the body helps reduce physical strain and heat stress during exercise.
